spring essentials

Hi my loves!! I wanted to do an updated Spring Essentials because I haven't done an essentials in what it feels like for a while and I seriously apologize. But HERE I AM :-) I don't want to discuss these too much only because I have something (hopefully) planned for this weekend where I'm going to discuss trends/my personal favorite essentials in my wardrobe. So here's the sum up:

Essentials for Spring 2016: Denim. And I mean tons of denim (frayed, cropped, etc.) Loafers. Chokers. Silk neck ties. Silk nightgowns worn during the day (yes). Striped button ups/white button ups. Adidas. Anything with stars. Wedgie jeans. Off-the-shoulder denim & striped tops. Cat-eye sunglasses. Those extremely popular B-Belts that won't go away anytime soon. Staple bag (which I might splurge on soon but I really don't know. For now I will buy knock-offs at Zara).

And there you go!! I hope you like and this gives you some inspiration for this spring. Just think a lot of clean cut lines, lots of layered jewels and accessories, a bit of a prep, and a bit of sporty...oh, and anything from Realisation Par or Reformation or any other amazing clothing brands that happen to start with R. That's what I'm going for anyway. If you want to know where the pieces are from up there click here and hover over the piece.

Here are some more outfits I created that are inspiring me right now...

What a while it has been. This past weekend was my spring break and I've never felt so good; so much sunshine, shoots, friends, and creative juices flowing (sorry) that I couldn't wait to get these photos so I could finally do a blog spot post!! It's been way too long my loves and I'm sorry for that. On a beautiful Friday morning Hannah Davis and I got the opportunity to shoot at the amazingly cowboy bed and breakfast that is Urban Cowboy in Brooklyn. Here are the cabin-y, grainy, raw photos.
