in between summer & fall

It's a very awkward time in dressing--it's still pretty warm, yet air conditioned rooms and random cold breezes pop up here and there which leaves a girl to question...what the hell do I wear? In between summer and fall, I try to incorporate some cozy pieces, while still being careful that I have a breathable feature about my outfits. Here is what I wore on a day where the weather was just so, and I felt perfectly insulated (and pretty chic).

Wearing my shirt backwards...from With Jéan

The skirt, my favorite from Redone, was perfect to pair with a black shirt (with a surprise in the back), light jacket from Nanushka, and my favorite comfortable St. Agni shoes. It was the most beautiful day in Soho and I didn't mind walking around at all. Since you guys know me by now, you know my #1 thing is comfort. This is one of my favorite outfits because I felt so light and airy. I fell in love with the simplicity of it. I couldn't help but stick in some pictures from The Line Apartment as well...I had to stop by to pick up my favorite toothpaste. Normal.

I hope I gave you some inspiration on what to wear on those days when the weather is a bit iffy, which we will see more of as we head into the wonderful fall season *insert smiling pumpkin emoji*

  1. Hi Christie!
I want to order my first re/done jeans but I'm in between sizes 23 and 24.
Could you let me know what size do you get?
    Bisous!

    1. Hi dear!
I would go with the 24 just because you can always wash them, wear a belt, and have them sort of conform to your body if that makes sense hahaha! Nothing is worse than tight jeans, in my opinion. Since they aren't tight jeans because they are repurposed Levi's, if you want a truly fitted look go with 23, but if you want comfort and want to have them for a long time (since they are an investment) I would go with a 24! x

    2. Thank you for your quick reply!
I hate tight clothes, but jeans are often too loose around my hips, but since I have the same bodytype with you, I think I'll follow your advice ;)
      Thank you lovely
