some autumn outfitting

Hi! So, because I can't film a fall look book yet or a back to school supplies video (all my things still haven't arrived from Etsy), I've decided the next best thing would be featuring some fall-inspired outfits taken off my Polyvore onto here ☺︎ each has a different sort of vibe, but all involve my favorite neutrals and Autumn tones. I really hope you guys enjoy and they give you inspiration for this upcoming season!

Really hope you guys liked! If you need details for each outfit, you can go to my Polyvore and click and all will be listed :-)

alfie douglas

Hello loves! Today I'm featuring a wonderful pouch/shoulder bag from company Alfie Douglas; the perfectly minimalist, quality, British, leather company. I absolutely adore their fresh, clean cuts and tiny little details that make their bags so unique yet effortlessly cool. I was gifted their brown Swivel Pouch to try and I have to say...I'm in love

Also, I had to mention this, you can get your initials monogrammed in the bottom right corner. How sweet is that? (clearer pictures of that coming, in case its hard to see in that one above) The pouch is a dark brown chocolate color, but because of the lighting it turned out more black! Just a disclaimer loves!

I wanted this post to be cute and simple, just like the company I'm featuring, so that's it! Here's their info...

And I will part with a picture of me looking very happy in a floral dress and this bag on my side

what's on my rack

As the seasons slowly transition and I turn into wanting Autumn more and more, so does my clothing rack. I find myself tossing my floral dresses somewhere deep into my closet and swapping them out for fluffy, pudgy cardigans. I just love the look of it and it makes me feel even more inspired and craving my favorite season.

I wanted to give you guys a little peak into whats on my rack currently, and how I transition my rack to incorporate pieces that I want to wear in the upcoming season.

Frequently, when I buy something new, I'll just pop it right to the front of my rack. I feel like it keeps me organized that way because I can see where my style is heading and where my mind is (if that makes sense...where is my mind jam anyone??) Right now I'm in that fall head space, which is why I have that beautiful cardigan as the third item. But, you can see towards the back how I still have dresses and florals because that's what I wore constantly these past few summer months.

I picked out a couple staple pieces on my rack right now...and like I mentioned, some are "fally" and most are summer.  But hopefully you can visibly see the transitioning happening and how these are really amazing staples to any wardrobe (in case you need a few tidbits, I get lots of messages asking about my current essentials so I truly hope this can help).Items in order:1. Vintage t-shirt Brandy Melville2. Crushed velvet slip dress Zara3. Silk Dress Silk Laundry4. Sheer polka-dot button up Free People5. Chunky oatmeal-colored cardigan Free People6. Denim overall dress Zara7. Long black cardigan Free PeopleAnd that's it! I also have some bags hanging on there but those are more just so I can have the space since my closet doesn't have appropriate organization for bags and what not. I also have shoes on the bottom, but those will probably get swapped at any moment now because they're all open and summery. I wanted to focus more on clothes anyway! :')
I really hope you liked this brief little post, and hope it gave you some inspiration as we head into the most perfect season of all, Autumn!!!

luv aj x stone cold fox

Hi peaches 🍑  today I wanted to talk about the new collab of Luv Aj and Stone Cold Fox, aka the two coolest brands coming together for a beautiful project...what could be better? I got the chance to pick out 2 belts from the new collection and basically fall in love with them. Here they are in all their shiny, delicate, gorgeous glory X

I felt like this rose gold chain would go perfectly with a beach look--white lace bikini (from For Love & Lemons) and a straw hat with the belt just had such a wonderful peachy vibe. The belt also sits perfectly at my hips and the stars graze in just the right places (not to be too weird--get your mind out of the gutter!!)

Shop the Estrella Belt
Worn with For Love & Lemons by Cacique Boutique
Hat from Tjmaxx

The second belt is a little different but still gorgeous. It's perfect to tie around a simple dress (as pictured above, along with the other belt) or even on jeans for some sassy flare ;-) The gold tassels are such a cute touch, they remind me of an empress (or something like that??) (and in the best way possible)

Shop the Leon Wrap Belt
Worn with Brandy Melville vintage slip
Re/Done high waisted Levi's & Realisation Par Top

That's all loves!! I really wanted to show the belts how I would actually wear them. For the fall, I'd suggest layering over a chunky cardigan with mini block heels...that would be so cute. Am I the only one craving fall as I stand here folding my bikini? Anyway, I genuinely love this collection and hope you'll look at the lookbook & check out Luv Aj as well as Stone Cold Fox!

Talk soon,
Christie
